100% MADE IN THE USA
Every one of our garments are handcrafted right here in the USA. Small businesses across the Southeast help turn seeds into shirts through a process that takes a year from start to finish. Watch this video to see these garments come to life and dive into the journey of how seeds become shirts.
FARM & GIN
Starting in the late Spring of each year, cotton is planted across the US. Over the next 150-180 days, seeds in the dirt become plants full of fiber. After being harvested in the late fall, cotton is ginned into 500 pound bales that are tested and warehoused.
ACROSS GEORGIA
SPINNING MILL
The bales of cotton are transported from Georgia to North Carolina to be spun into yarn. Short fibers along with any trash left behind after ginning are removed from the cotton. This process creates a ring-spun yarn that is placed onto cones.

KNITTING & FINISHING
Cones of yarn are strung into a knitting machine that creates a specific weight of fabric. Each tubular roll of fabric is then cut open, bleached, softened, and finished before being placed back on a roughly six foot wide roll. The fabric is tested for torque, shrinkage, and durability.

CUT & SEW
All the hard work comes to life once the fabric hits the cutting table. Every piece of the garment is cut, stacked, and sorted to be sewn. Once each piece is inspected, it begins to be sewn with other pieces to take form. Final inspections are made.

GARMENT DYEING
The white finished garments are put into industrial washing machines to be dyed to a desired color. Each garment is washed along with the correct amount of dye and softener to then be dried and sorted. This process preshrinks each garment and gives it a soft, worn feel that can only be achieved this way.

LABELING & DECORATION
Now that the garments are dyed, each piece must be labeled by size, inspected, and inventoried. When you place your order for custom garments, we pull your order from inventory, prepare artwork, and decorate each garment by hand. One last inspection is made before your order is complete.
